Because SHOFFAN products are food items, we follow strict quality and safety standards. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or consumed products.
Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item

- Clear photos showing the issue
