Terms of Service – SHOFFAN

Welcome to SHOFFAN. By placing an order or subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

SHOFFAN provides ready-to-eat food products, including overnight oats, through one-time orders and subscription plans. Our services are currently available in selected delivery areas within Egypt.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our official channels (website, WhatsApp, or approved platforms).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if necessary (e.g., availability issues).

3. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance based on the selected plan.
Customers can pause or cancel subscriptions with prior notice (at least 24–48 hours before the next delivery cycle).
Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability may not be refundable.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available only in selected areas.
Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours.
Customers are responsible for being available at the provided delivery time and location.
SHOFFAN is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

5. Product Handling & Storage

All products are delivered fresh and require refrigeration upon arrival.
SHOFFAN is not responsible for product quality if storage instructions are not followed.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with proof (photos + order details).

7. Allergies & Ingredients

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before consumption.
SHOFFAN is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from consumption.
